Alaa has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2002, and believes that yoga is a personal endeavor and self-reflection.
He completed his Hatha Yoga teacher training in August 2015 and has been teaching since then.
Alaa teaches Hatha Yoga which is a system of physical exercises essential to maintain muscle quality and flexibility as to keep the body young; and breathing control designed to activate, energize the body and gain control of the mind.His class is open for everyone.
